"Packages have been arriving with open boxes, some boxes are original packaging, others are in oversized box allowing for moving and damaging product. 2 Paper rolls should be double boxed into on box to avoid damage. I inspected open box and appears to be okay, prior shipments have been damaged but I just use it and have to fight the inkjet printer. Over all great product for a good price."
