How to Return
Please email us at info@tavco.net within 45 business days of receiving your product to secure a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will email the RMA to you; follow the instructions for a hassle-free return within five business days.
An authorized and valid RMA is mandatory for all returned merchandise.
RMAs are emailed to the email address provided by you at checkout. Follow the directions within the email for a quick and easy return.
Return Shipping
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (sorry, no COD deliveries). For your protection, we encourage using insured and verifiable shipping methods for all returns (for example, UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Return Conditions
Upon receiving and inspecting your unopened, resalable return, we will credit your account with zero restocking fees. If you've opened the package and used the product, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Speedy Refunds
Refunds are processed swiftly within 5-7 business days, using the same payment method you initially used for purchase.
Custom Orders
Note that custom-sized orders are non-returnable but covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for quality, reliability, and compliance.
Freight Damage
Please inspect all shipments for damage upon arrival. If damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us within five business days.
Should the product you ordered arrive damaged, the best action is to refuse it to the carrier at delivery time. Should you accept the package, ensure the damage is noted on the carrier's delivery record so that TAVCO may file a damage claim with the carrier.
If you find damage and don't refuse the shipment, save all packing materials and the unopened product. Call a TAVCO representative at 866-254-85890 within the first five (5) days of arrival for further instructions. You can also email us at info@tavco.net to report the freight damage.
Shipment Errors
TAVCO errors? Contact us within five business days for a swift resolution, including a new RMA and return instructions.
Defective Merchandise
Quality is our mantra. Contact our technical support within 30 days if you suspect a defect. At TAVCO, we make every effort to ensure that our product is of the highest quality.
If you receive a product from us that you suspect is defective, email us at info@tavco.net within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Be advised that troubleshooting steps with the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) may be necessary before any return. We may also require that you consult with our technical support department to verify whether or not a product is defective.
If TAVCO deems the product(s) defective, we may exchange the item(s) or credit your account using the same payment method you used for the original order.
In any event, credit for merchandise deemed defective by TAVCO cannot exceed the original purchase price of the product(s).
Future-Proof Your Investment
Trade-in credits are available for obsolete products within two years of purchase, upgrading you to the latest model.
