TAVCO is looking for an Inside Sales Rep for our Austin office (Hourly pay, plus commission).
Our REP is responsible for following up leads and identifying new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction industries.
Our Reps utilize tools such as Hubspot CRM, Hubspot Sales Professional, Office 365 and Social Media channels to identify and grow leads.
TAVCO is a top-performing dealer representing Canon large format systems, Leica Geosystems LiDAR scanners, and Bluebeam Revu software.

- Follow up with inbound leads via phone, emails, and social platforms
- In addition to phone calls and emails, TAVCO Reps are expected to make video calls and host presentations via Go-To-Meeting or other platforms.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services accordingly
- Use tools such as Hubspot to research, track, and report on activity.
- Learn to assist in projects relating to lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation, market intelligence and other related activities driven by the marketing team
Qualifications, Knowledge, And Skills
- (Preferred, but not mandatory) 2 or more years’ experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- CRM experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Accountability in a quota driven environment
Location: Austin, TX (area)
Expected Salary: $32,000 - $60,000+, base plus commission - NO CAP (Plus additional bonus potential and manufacturer SPIFS)
